Enclosed is a copy of correspondence from Shirley Rotondo, current property owner of
105 Beelzebub Road, stating that she does not want to be connected to public water.
Also enclosed is a copy of notes from a conversation I had with her on 12-9-03.
As of this writing I have not heard from her..

Dear Mr. Deptula,
In compliance with your instructions(registered letter dated
(August 9, 1990),1 would like to inform you of my decision
concerning our well vs. City water. My husband died in July.
He did not(as you know)want to cap our well. Since
I was in complete agreement with him then and still am,
I have chosen not to connect with Connecticut Water Company
water. I understand that a notice will be placed on our land
record indicating a contaminated well.
