Dear Mr. Smith,
As you are aware from our recent (10-3-06) telephone conversation, the Department of
Environmental Protection has determined that your residence at 122 Beelzebub Road is eligible
to be connected to public water.
This service connection will be one hundred percent paid for through a State funded potable
water grant. In order for the water connection to be paid for, your drinking water well must
also be abandoned per code requirement. This will also be completely paid through the grant.
If you wish your home to be connected to public water please notify this
department within ten days of receipt of this correspondence.
The Town is presently in the process of obtaining three contractors to submit bids to connect
eight homes (yours included, if you wish) to public water. When this process is complete you
will be notified of who they are (if you want the connection).
Also, included with this letter is the unclaimed correspondence (certified mail 7004 2510 0003
9803 4381) returned to us from the post office.
