This correspondence is to inform you that on May 5, 2006 I had a telephone
conversation with Ewa Kuczynski of 29 Ridge Road, South Windsor. At that time she
stated that she did not want her residence connected to public water, that she wanted
to continue using her well and that she would maintain her filtration system, she is also
aware of the fact that this is the last opportunity to have her home connected to public
water free of charge.
