Section 19-13=B33b(g) states in part that "Inspections shall be conducted by the director of health or his authorized agent to evaluate conformance with these regulations and to protect the public health and safety". I have enclosed a copy of the regulation for your convenience. In an effort to ensure the pool at your establishments is safe for use and it meets with the requirements of the public health code, I am requesting that you call the office to arrange a time we could meet at the pool to conduct the required inspection.
