Thank you for the opportunity to service your swimming pool and bring it to the Virgina
Graeme Baker Act compliance. Your pool is now equipped with the Pentair IntelliFlo VS+SVRS
intelligent variable speed pump and meets ASME A112.19.17.2002 standards. An Anti Vortex
Main Drain cover was installed to meet federal requirements, it is mandated that the cover be
replaced every five years.
SP1 licensed professional Craig M. Laramee (PLM-0285261-SP1) acknowledges completion of
the above service and that it meets federal requirements.
