Re: Nor'easter Ice Cream Itinerant Vending
Dear Ms. Abbruzzees:
On July 18, 2008, I received and reviewed your application to operate an itinerant
vending unit called Nor'easter Ice Cream and have some concerns. Please take a moment
and review my comments as they relate to incomplete questions the application asks for. I
have enclosed your application for your convenience.
1. Question#3 asks for the source of where the ice cream will be purchased. Please
provide the establishments name and address.
2. Question# 10 asks about hand washing. Purell is not an approved hand washing
method. Hand washing can be accomplished using several methods such as
installing a hand sink or using a container with a spigot located on the bottom
with a collection bucket or another similar method. Please provide another
method of hand washing.
3. Please complete question#12.
4. Please complete answering question# 15 by providing and address.
5. Please provide a floor plan showing the layout of the interior of the vehicle.
