Dear Local Health Department:
Connecticut Wells will be drilling closed loop geothermal wells at the above address. Let
it be noted, we will be drilling under the recommendations of the State of CT's Circular
Letter#2008-58, dated July 21, 2008 regarding geothermal wells. Also, the installations
will conform to the recommendations for regulation of geothermal wells, revision 2.0
