Please note that this is not to scale, but is drawn for clarity. State of Connecticut Environmental Protection Statutes provide that an in-ground pool be no closer_ than fifteen (15) feet to a septic tank and twenty-five (25) feet to any part of your septic field. It would appear from our file information that you should experience no trouble with your pool if it is installed at least forty (40) feet to the rear of your home.
