tnolos*d are plot plans for three lots in the Wilshire Woods subdivision off
of 6eelsebub Road in South Windsor.
The information showing the design and layout of the sanitary swage disposal
systems for each lot has been shown on these drawings. Also, enclosed is a drawing of the entire subdivision area showing the results of the percolation tests made by
this office when the subdivlaloS was originally presented to the planning and Zoaing
Commission. Reference is rde to these tests on the individual plot plans. As you
say know, one of the difficulties with this area is the presenoe of ledge rook la some
of the Collar excavations. The boring elevation& and the approximte elevation of the
disposal systems indioate that the Proposed facilities will be constructed at an
elevation where adequate percolation rates were observed. It should be noted Pat all
of these disposal systems are to be constructed two to three feet below grediovatiou
where the original Qradr is being Maintained, not in excavated areas. The final
Inspection should check to be certain that the system is not constructed at any greater
depth than is necessary.
This office is not responsible for the design and Installation of these systems.

$000 of the information that will be required by the control regulations Ming prepared
by the Counoll.
