Dear Mr. and Mrs . Pinto,
As discussed with Mrs . Pinto on May 2, 1996, it is apparent that
the septic system serving your property has failed based on the
two observed overflow areas toward the rear of the property.
This public health nuisance condition must be corrected soon.
Please make arrangements to connect to the available public sewers and
inform this Department when you do so.
In the interim, please keep septic system usage to a minimum in
order to decrease the amount of overflow.
Thank you for your cooperation in expeditiously resolving this
matter.
