The Tank is greater than two feet below final grade. Can it be raised? If the tank cannot be raised than the specifications on the plans must say the risers are to be 24"I.D. 2. The note referencing geothermal system is incomplete. Please have it reflect the entire statement as it appears in Table 1 of the technical standards and include the words "closed loop system" 3. Please add a note referencing that the bottom of the trenches shall be no more than 2 inches into original grade. 4. The HF portion of the MLSS calculation needs to be 26. TP 233 has mottling at 20". 5. Please add a note that the design engineer shall supervisor the staking of the system. 6. This office is reminding you that when the system is staked, a plan showing the actual elevations, and orientation, (red-line),must be submitted to this department for review prior to permitting construction.
