Bear Sir:
Reference is made to our proposed building at #951 Sull-
ivan Ave. , South Windsor. The septic tank and tile field design
was predicated on full and permanent usage of same. With the imm-
inence of sanitary sewers in Sullivan Ave. , we are running our
sewer lateral to the street line. It is our intention to tie into
the sewer main immediately upon its installation.
In view of this may we plan on lesser specifications than
indicated in the design? If so will you please advise the extent
to which we may reduce these specifications.
