ZINESER April 22, 1975 Mr. Samuel Brady 1020 Strong Road South Windsor, CT 06074 Clear Mr Brad­: We have examined the information submitted by Mr. Donald Clerke, P.E. of Mueller Engineering Corporation in letters dated April 7 and April 14, 1975 together with the engineering plan dated April 7th and revised on April 13th and April 15th. We find the engineering plan to be acceptable with the following clarifications: 1. Fill material to be placed on the northwest part of the . property shall be sufficient to provide a final grade at least two feet above the flow line of the curtain drains. 2. The flow line of the northerly most distribution trench of the existing leaching system must be maintained above the level of ground water after installation of the curtain drains. You are hereby ordered to abate the existing discharge of sewage to the surface of the ground on or before June 23, 1975. Construction shall be in accordance with the above mentioned plans.
