Re: Public Health Code Violation at 855 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, CT
Dear Michael&Philip Tartsinis:
As you know, on April 9, and April 29, 2008, I made you aware of the trash&garbage
accumulated behind the buildings and in the enclosed dumpster areas at the above
referenced property. I also informed you that this type of condition is a violation of the
Connecticut Public Health Code, specifically section 19-13-1321.
Each time we spoke about the violation you reassured me that within a short period of
time it would be rectified. Each time the situation still exists. I have been left with no
other alternative but to give you until May 9, 2008 to abate the violation. Failure to
comply with the date will result in orders issued by the Director of Health.
