On June 5. 1971 we made a percolation test
on your property on Strong Road in the Town of
South Windsor, Conn. The location of the test
a. hole is shown on the attached Plat Plan.

Physically the soil is as follows:
4" light sand
120 dark sandy loam
18" light sand
► . The seepage rate is one minute per inch and
` the field will require an area of 125 square feet
per bedroom.
