The area of the proposed development is mostly unde4eloped. A few single family homes and one small church constitute the only improvements in the area. B. The ground slopes gently, in a westerly direction., toward Sullivan Avenue, Route 174. It is covered mostly by dense grass with some scrub tree growth and underbrush.. There are no prominent watercourses other than the . roadside ditch which flows southerly - along Sullivan. Avenue. C. As certified in the attached copy of the percolation test report, the soil has good absorptive characteristics: The fine glacial till topsoil is underlain with very fine sand. Ledge: rock and ground water are not in evidence on the property. D. The proposed development is a Professional Office Building. E. Details of the proposed individual sanitary sewage disposal facilities are contained in the attached design and layout proposal F. No special precautions should be necessary to provide proper functioning of the proposed disposal system. G. A map of the general area with locations of all tests and the proposed layout is attached. H. There are no nearby streams, .brooks, or rivers. In my professional opinion, the area is suitable for the installation of an individual sanitary sewage disposal system of the general type and size described in this report. ` Richard Gd, 'Iha3en A ;v r • - -59►ji"!r- se s''g9e 9j s,JaJ91 SJ,' Alp L7 ctZ Vim' ! _" _5li"Jr 9/C _. fJ/4 /ldja► ,/'r r' - AO, 9.714011 7' e eae- ell tzolJJ /shot x Nei r• '-- - 9o rfl/STERN Rk;i„•? - t rIIJ 55 /L of s voo ?(21gZ o A t a v -7 L oi6 15 -TT 4/ 0.r..rr`r f ' t 02 Ate?
