RE: Well Permit Exception Application - lots 8A and 9A on Sullivan

Dear Mr. Deptula:
The documentation submitted to this office regarding the water supply
for lots 8A and 9A on Sullivan Avenue does not clearly indicate
whether Hillsdale Water Co-op is deemed available within two hundred
feet of the boundary of the two parcels in question, measured along a
street, alley or easement.
The applicant must therefore provide you with an exact measurement
between the approved water supply and the boundaries of lots 8A and
9A, as mentioned above. A scaled distribution map of Hillsdale Water
Co-op, endorsed by a surveyor would be the most appropriate document.
