Dear Per. Plourde:
In. response to your request of yesterday, please be advised that the septic
installation for your new building on Strong Road, South Windsor, was inspected
and approved in accordance with the State Public Health Code and Local Ordinances.
This inspection was performed on. 19 July, 1974.
I trust that the above meets with your approval. Should you have any
questions, or need additional information, please feel free to contact me.

Dear Mr. Plourde: -
This is to notify.you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to
approve your application for a site plan of development on property
located on the north side of Strong Road, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Native stone and shrubs shall be placed in front of the building
where grass areas are indicated on the map.
2. Trees shall be planted along both sides of the building, as
shown on the map.
3. Curbing shall be installed along the street to the building
line.
4. A $500 bond shall be submitted to insure plantings, curbing and
stone.
5. Any exterior lighting of parking areas and access driveways shall
have the light source shaded from residential districts and
public streets.
6. Water shall be supplied by the M.D.C.
7. No building permit will be issued until plans have been submitted
and approved by the Engineering Department and the Department of
Pollution Control showing proposed method of connection to the
Town of South Windsor sanitary sewer system, and no Certificate
of Occupancy shall be issued until the sanitary sewers are
connected.

8. Black and white opaque linens shall be submitted and shall
incorporate this letter of approval from the Planning and Zoning
Commission.

Inspector.

Please note that the recommendations are based upon limited investigations and,
as such, are to be considered minimum values. Therefore, definite consideration
should be given to the construction of a septic system in excess of the above
minimum size and capacity.
