The plans were prepared by Frank E. Meunier & Associates, consult- ing engineers, and submitted to this office pursuant to Sec. 19-13-B20m of the Public Health Code. This property would be subdivided into two parcels containing 1.55 acres and 8.05 acres, respectively. Portions of the property consist of wetland. How- ever, the dwellings and sewage disposal systems would be Located on the higher portion of the property .along the road which apparently is not classified as wetland. There is, hgwever, a seasonal high water table in this area. To overcome this condition, fill will be placed in the area of the leaching systems, and the systems will be located sufficiently above the possible seasonal high ground water table as indicated by soil mottling. These plans are satisfactory and in accordance with the requirements of the Public Health Code. The design and proposed method of construction is in* accordance with the recommendations of this office. It is recommended that the plans be approved. If you have any question, please feel free to contact us. ro Sincerely yours, , Theodore C. Willerford o Principal Sanitary Engineer cr Environmental Health Services Div.
