Please consider this letter our request, (per the permit request)for the Town of South Windsor to approve the installation of the system. At present the Chapel Hill community has approximately'/4 of its area irrigated with in ground sprinkler system. It is the intention of the Board of Directors to have the community 100% irrigated by the year 2008. To accomplish this we anticipate having to install three separate irrigation wells and pumps to connect to both existing and future areas. We seek approval for year one of this program which is detailed on the enclosed map. The well and pump station in this first year will connect to an existing underground sprinkler system and will not be connected to a potable supply. We currently have a separate 2"main running to our pool house and this main is connected directly to the present irrigation system. It will be re-plumbed so as to not enter the irrigation system at all and the new well and pump system piping will be run to the present system in its place. Please advise what additional information you may need. Thank you. We are in the process of working with Stavens Brothers Well Company to install an irrigation only well system. This well will power our in ground sprinkler system and over the next three years will be expanded to three different well locations on the property all geared to irrigate the property. I understand that you are looking for a map of the well location as well as a field marking. I further understand that the expansion tank and mechanics can not be located in the pool house. In this event,we will construct a housing attached to the existing pool house,but remaining separate by walls. It will be to the left of the pay phone at the pool. I apologize for the map quality,we do not have a quality reproducible map in our possession. One map shows the complex as a whole for general location, and the another shows more specifically its location relative to the pool. In addition we have staked the location of the well in the field.
