Subject: Lot No. 7. Oak Grove Acres -- Section II
Dear Mr. Goodwin:
Re your letter of 13 September, 1973, to Mr. Donald McLaughlin on the
above subject. lot.
Please be advised that I have added my approval to Building Permit
No. 8226 - allowing your request-for a waiver on a percolation test.
The major basis for my decision is the inclusion of this area in our
present sanitary sewerage program - a program which should be. very rear
completion within one 1 year.
If you desire occupancy of this dwelling prior to activation of sewers
on Rosemary Lane this Department presently has a policy of allowing the
installation of a minimum-sized septic. tank and field - if the homeoEmer
signs an agreement to the effect that he will connect his property to the
sanitary sewers as soon as they become available. Said agreement must be
on file with this Department before a Certificate of Occupancy can be issued.

Dear Mr. McLaughlin:
As we discussed by phone , I would like' to
have the requirement for a perc test waived.
The reason being, as I understand itthe sewers
in the area will be operable in about one year
and my projected occupancy of the house will be
in approximately one and one half years .
I realize that if the necessity for a septic
tank and field arises , I would have to pass
a perc test before the certificate of occupancy
could be furnished.
