CONN. 06074 losoR,C0 AREA CODE 203/644-2511 Stanislow & Eva Kucinski Aug. 3, 1988 29 Ridge Road South Windsor, Connecticut Dear Mr. & Mrs . Kucinski, On August 2, 1988 it came to my attention that an excavation being dug on your property to accommodate a tool shed had disrupted the leaching area of your septic system. Presently, effluent from your septic system is pooling in one area of this foundation excavation. There is no record available as to the location of your existing leaching area. At this point in time it is recommended that the site work be completed and filled in to the original existing grade. Hopefully, by doing this, the natural underground leachate absorption patterns will reestablish themselves . However, this situation will have to be monitered closely to determine whether or not an overflow does occur. Yours truly, Robert Dept la, R.S.
