Subject: PROPERTY OF THEODORE L. & LEON KAMINSKI
Dear Dr.. Singhal:
I have received the two (2) additional plot plans for proposed lots on
the subject property - located on the east side of Niederwerfer Road, north
of Ellington Road. I am aware that none of this sub-division has received
any approval or go-ahead from our Planning & Zoning Commission; however, I
have reviewed the plans, as submitted, and have the following comments to
offer:
1. The perc rate established in the rear of each lot - twenty (20)
minutes per inch - is within the allowable limits as set forth in
Section 19-13-B201 of the Public Health Code;
2. As designed the proposed leaching systems are more than
adequate to meet Code requirements; and,
3. Using a scale, all horizontal separating distances appear to
concur with Section 19-13-B20f of the Code.
However, in accordance with Section 19-13-B20j of the Code, I must insist
that new observation pits be dug on both lots these new pits to be dug
within seventy-five (75) feet of all parts of the proposed leaching system
locations. In short, they must be dug near the sites of the rear yard pert
test holes. I feel these new pits are necessary to assure that ground water
and ledge rock conditions in the areas of the proposed systems meet the
requirements of Section 19-13-B20f of the Code.

- Inspections morning, herewith please find two copies each of the
Building plans for the proposed sewage disposal system on the
Appraisals two lots .
In view of the soil characteristics , the fields are1.
proposed on the back side . Also as the ground is slo-
ping towards the back , this is more reasonable. The
wells will be in the front at h&gher ground and
there. will be no chance for pollution from the field.. - -
A _copy of letter from Mr. Mill Edwards is also attached
for reference. The deep test pits - as suggested by him
have been excavated this morning to a depth of 7 feet.
No ledge or ground water was hit in any one.'
