Enclosed, for your information, is a copy of the soil data sheet
for the Miller property on Niederwerfer Road in South Windsor.
Since you were present and also witnessed the test pits, in
conjunction with a representative from the State Health
Department, you are aware of the questionable soil conditions on
this property pertaining to the installation of a septic system.
Hopefully the "cut off" trench installed will give you further
insight as to whether or not the land is suitable for septic
system installation.
