Dear Mr. Knafel:
This department received a call from' Art Ruff of
Art ' s Septic Tank Service @ 8 :45 A.M. requesting an in-
snection at property owned by you on 99 Miller Road.
The on site investigation revealed the following :
1. No permit had been issued to the above drain
layer. The drain layer worked illegally.
2 . The system, as it exists , does not meet the
requirements of the Manual for the Installation
of Individual Sanitary Sewage Disposal Systems .
3. The Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued
by the Building Department until this system
meets the regulations .
