Unless you or Mr. Perry choose to, it is not necessary to re-draw the plan. I have conveyed this information to Mr. Perry and he has agreed to inform his septic system installer to contact this department to discuss this requirement before installation begins. South Windsor Health Department South Windsor Town Hall 1540 Sullivan Avenue South Windsor, CT 06074 Re: Septic System Repair Mr. James Perry 74 Miller Road ARL Project No. 88-1766 Dear Bob, We are forwarding plans on behalf of Mr. James Perry for review and approval. Upon detailed design, we are proposing 140 linear ft of trench, that is, eight (8) linear feet less than what was shown on the preliminary design. The distribution box is proposed with the high-level overflow going towards the west trench to ensure that the trench closest towards the embankment is not overloaded. If you have any questions, please call. Sincerely, A.R. LOMBARDI ASSOCIATES INC. Steven G.
