Dear Sir,
On August 22, 1968, `we performed a percolation test on your
property on Foster Street, South Windsor, Connecticut. The location
of the test is as:,shown on the attached map. ,
Physically, the soil is 4" to 6" topsoil, 7" to 9" clayey sand
with 3tt to 4" cobbles and 1711 to 18" hard-packed coarse sand.
The seepage rate is about 8 minutes per inch and will require
a minimum leaching area of 165 square feet per bedroom.
