Dear Mr. & Mrs. Morrissette:
Due to the fact that your present septic system is failing and
public sewers will be available to your residence within a relatively
short time, you will be allowed to install an addition to your present
leaching system which would not meet present health code requirements.
It must be understood; however, that as soon as the public sewers
are ready for use, you must hook into them.
Your signatures below will constitute your agreement that as soon
as sewers are ready for use, you will connect to them.
