Dear Mr. Economos :
This is to notify you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to
approve your application for a site plan of development of Becon Incorporated
located on Mascolo Road, South Windsor, subject to the following conditions:
1. Any lighting on this site shall be installed in accordance with
Section 8.7.3 of the Zoning Regulations.
2. A drainage assessment fee in the amount of $100. shall be
submitted.
3. The loading dock shall be indicated on the plans.
4. All entrances to the building shall be shown on the plans.
5. Existing trees on the site shall be shown on the plans.
6. The sanitary disposal system shall be subject to approval by the
Pollution Control Department.
7. Any recommendations from the Town of South Windsor Fire Marshal.
shall be complied with.
8. A cash bond in the amount of $200. shall be submitted to insure
completion of site improvements.
9. This approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission is subject
to review by the Town of South Windsor Inland-Wetlands Agency.

10. A black and transparent map, printed on polyester film, shall
be submitted. This letter from the Planning and Zoning Commission
shall be reproduced on the map as part of the final plafis. The
final plans shall be stamped and signed by the Planning and
Zoning Commission and filed, at your expense, in the Office of
the Town Clerk of the Town of South Windsor.
