Yes there intent is to abandon the existing septic system. I have asked them to submit a letter to that effect. If
you have any specific criteria for abandonment, please let me know and I will pass it on to them.

Michele,
I am unable to apply a prereq to this application in Munis so I will address my concerns to you using e-mail. This
application has a septic system and must comply with B100a of the Public Health Code. This requires soil testing,
location of the existing septic system and a plan showing.The plan is then submitted to this dept for review prior
to approval.
I do not have any of this information and I am ready to send a letter to the applicant stating all of what is needed.
If you feel this is the time to do it I will. Please let me know.
