Dear Mr. and Mrs. McGrath:
This is to notify you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to
approve your application for a two-lot subdivision of property located
at 1414 Main Street, South_ Windsor, subject to the following conditions
1. Design of sanitary disposal system shall be approved by the.
Superintendent of Pollution Control prior to issuance of any
building permits on lot #1.
2. House foundation elevation and proposed contours shall be
approved by the Town Engineer prior to issuance of any
building permits on lot #1.
3. No Certificates of Occupancy shall be, issued until lot contours
and house foundation elevations have been completed according to
Town. Engineer's requirements.
4. A drainage assessment fee in the amount of $100 shall be submitted.
5. A black and transparent map, printed on polyester film, shall be
submitted. This letter of approval from the Planning and Zoning
Commission shall be incorporated onto this map.
