Please be advised that this is a zoning violation of South Windsor Zoning Regulation Section 9.1.2 Certificate of Zoning Compliance and Section 9.1.3 Issuance of Zoning Permits and Zoning. Certificates of Compliance which states that no home can be occupied without a Certificate of Zoning Compliance. Please submit an as-built plan of your property and house as soon as possible, in order to begin the process of pursuing a Certificate of Zoning Compliance and in turn,a Certificate of Occupancy so that no further enforcement action need be taken.
