Dear Mr. Poulin:
A review of the preliminary plan for the new building have
produced the following comments or concerns:
1. The deeds show 2 parcels--this will have to be clarified.
The house cannot be on both.
2. An Inland-Wetlands application will be required.
3. The Z.B.A. approval for the lot exists.
4. A serviceable driveway for emergency vehicles.
5. A current perc test and observation pit.
6. Topo, building line, well.
