Dear Sir,
On August 19,1970, we performed a percolation
test on your property at Hillside Drive, South Windsor, Connecti-
cut. The location of the test is shown on the attached plot plan.
Physically, the soil is as follows:
10" dry, sandy loam.
411 stony gravel
16" red., medium fine sand
The seepage rate is less than one (1) minute
per inch and will require a minimum leaching area of 375 square
feet for a house of three bedrooms or less. For each additional
bedroom after the first three, an additional 125 square feet
must be added to the above figure.
