inspections made). Please indicate the current status regarding this project within a week
of receiving this letter and arrange for the required inspections.
One month from the mailing of this letter,if action is not taken on your part a Caveat will
be placed in the land records stating there are Building Code Violations on your property.

The inspectors are available for making inspections from 9:00 to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 to
