! This is to Certify that the house lot indicated on the
attached survey map is an acceptable location for a
private subsurface sewage. disposal system in accordance
with standards set forth by the Connecticut State
Department of Health. The house lot is located on the
westerly side of Graham Road and is bounded on the north
by property NIP Kenneth C. Garee (House No. 445) and on
the south by property N/F Richard & Jeannette Haggett
(House No. 427) .
Percolation tests conducted at the location indicated on
the attached map concluded that the soil has good
absorptive characteristics. The soil consists of medium
glacial g till to a depth
till extending to a depth fofn four ofeet. Sandymsiltt and
extends from four feet to seven feet in depth. There is
no indication of high groundwater or shallow ledge which
would interfere with the normal functioning of the leaching
system. A
