Dear Mr.. Shattuck:
Purusant to our conversation regarding a sewer lateral for
the property at 733 Governors Highway, this will confirm
our understanding -that if- the contractor is unable to find
the lateral at the location we have designated, we will be
responsible for the cost of installing the lateral from the
property line to the manhole at Sta. 46+00 as shown on
the As-Built drawings for Governors Highway,
It is understood that the contractor will furnish us with
the price for our approval prior to performing the work.
