Re: Connection to public water for 74& 82 felt Road
Dear Sir or Madam:
In March of 2008, you were notified of the opportunity to take advantage of the DEP
Grant funds available to connect to public water. As of the writing of this letter,this
office has not been notified of your intentions.
This correspondence,written at the request of the Department of Environmental
Protection,is your final notice. A lack of response will indicate that you do not wish to
have your home connected to public water.
If you choose to connect, the fees associated with connecting to the public water supply
will be paid for by a DEP potable water supply grant. The grant will pay for all costs
associated with the connection with the exception of any frontage fees.
Please respond to this department no later than 27th of February so that we may notify the
DEP of your decision.
