The land generally slopes to the north with from about a 5 to 20 percent slope . The soil contains some clay and silt down to about 40 inches . from 40 inches down to 84 inches the soil is gravel . The Plot plan shows the proposed layout of the septic disposal system and specifies the details of the system. The land is not sub- ject to stream flooding. In my professional opinion the conditions encountered indicate that this lot is suited for use with a septic disposal system.
