Sir:
You are hereby notified of the existence of a nuisance injurious to public health upon
the premises owned by you, or under your charge, located at 555 Dart Hill Road
in the town of south Windsor
The nuisance referred to is as follows: Discharge of sewage onto
Dart Hill Road. This is in violation of the Public Health Code of
the State of Connecticut , Sections 1 -1 -B (d) 19-13-B103c (b) and
19-13-B103c (f) : Attached are copies of sections referred to above .
Authority: section 19-13-B2 (a) of the Public Health Code of the State
of Connecticut. Appeal : section 19a-229 of the Public Health Statutes
of the State of Connecticut. Penalty : section 19a-230 of the Public
Health Statutes and subject to criminal arrest 19-13-B2 (b) and
prosecution and suit for civil fine .
It is hereby ordered that the said nuisance be removed or abated on or before the
26 day Of April on or before 1983
