Your attention is directed to the proposed sewage disposal system. Due to the questionable use of the system as to the types and amounts of foods prepared and the apparent proposed future expansion of the facility, a system which includes not less than one (1) 2,000 gallon septic tank and no less than an adequate leaching area to facilitate a 2,000 gallon per day effluent flow should be constructed.
