Dear Mr. Zrinchak:
It has come to my attention that you may have chickens located on your property at 400
Abbe Rd. Ext. Please be advised that under the Town of South Windsor Zoning
Regulations, Section 7.12 Horses/Ponies and Home Animal Agriculture, you may have
up to 32 chickens. However, you must meet the requirements of Section 7.12, which
includes a zoning permit which must be filed with&approved by this office.
I have enclosed a copy of the regulation& a permit. If you meet the requirements,please
complete the permit application&return to my office within ten(10)days, otherwise
please remove the chickens from your property to avoid any further action from this
office.
