Jaworski -- 179 Robert Drive South Windsor,- Coxxecticut 06074 = _ Re s, 469 Abby Road, South Windsor _ Dear Mrs. Jaworski: Confirming our telephone conversation of last week on the subject my original visual observations of the property - made over a period of time - showed most of the signs indicative of septic system failure. Consequently, on April 30th I turned the matter over to our local Director of Health who issued an Order to Abate with a recommendation for coxxectiox to the sewer system within thirty (30) days. This Order was issued on May 1st and received the following day. As a result of the Order Mrs. Krusiaski contacted me on the 13th of May, and arrangements were made for more extensive observations - namely, dye testing. These tests were performed on occasions of varied weather conditions and water use. On the 16th of May there was a steady, soaking rain during the entire test; and on the 19th testing was performed immediately after Mrs. Krusinaki had done at least two (2) loads of laundry. In neither instance did any dye surface - indicating that my original investigations and findings were inaccurate and that the Krusinskis' septic field is in good working order. Accordingly, I have written them a letter nullifying the May 1st Order.- I also asked that they.accept my.apology:;for,s:ny -- trouble and ixconvexiexce_ this matter has caused_-them. _ Very truly yours, - TOWN-OF SOUTH WINDSOR - Me n Rawards, Jr. uperixtendent Division of Pollution Control ME/ cc .
