Williams of Pear Tree Lane contacted us in reference to his cellar flooding . We investigated the problem and found that the houses in that area have cellar drains directly connected to the storm water drainage system . When the sewer contractor installed the lateral to Mr . Williams neighbor ' s house , he completely tore the cellar drain out . The Public Works Department replaced the drain pipe at a cost of $580 .10 for material and labor . Mr .
