RE: 80 PARKVIEW DRIVE -- Russo Property
Mr. Russo claims that during the sewer installation, Contract "M",
Pleasant Valley Area, $2,000 worth of trees were removed or damaged. I
was at the Sewer Commission Meeting (December) when he presented his
case. There is an easement through his property for the sewer installation.
His concern is that the trees should be planted at the same time the
restoration is done so that the newly seeded area will not be disturbed.
The compAaintant has received a check for the easement but not for the
lost trees. The Sewer Commission has been dragging their feet on this
matter for months.
