Dear Mr. Gardner:
This is to confirm our telephone conversation and agreement
that, as a result of the Town' s responsibility in creating
a drainage problem in your driveway, the Town of South Windsor
will provide labor and equipment to perform a repaving of
your driveway. It is further understood that the cost of
the Bituminous Concrete material for this paving will be
borne by you.
We will make every effort to perform this repaving this Fall;
.however, due to a heavy workload, the work may have to be
postponed to the Spring of 1975.
