Dear Mr. Kurtz:
Relative to your request of June 25, 1985 stating your desire to
use #29 as the street address for your facility, I offer the
following:
1) #29 Savin Drive is hereby approved for temporary use
as the street address of your facility.
2) The South Windsor Planning and Zoning Commission has
determined that Savin Drive will be the street name until
such time as the road is completed between Governor' s
Highway and So. Satellite Road. Upon completion, the
street name will be changed to Nutmeg Road South.
3) Upon the completion of the road as outlined above, both
the street number and street name of your facility will
have to be changed respectively.
I apologize for any misunderstandings of this issue in the
recent past.
