Re: Site Line Inquiry-Ivy Lane at Pleasant Valley Road
Dear Ms. Huppe:
I am writing in response to your inquiry about site lines at the intersection of Ivy Lane and
Pleasant Valley Road
1
I have inspected the intersection and find that all site lines are more than adequate for the
existing intersection As part of my inspection I entered Ivy Lane from both directions(east
and west)on Pleasant Valley Road and also exited Ivy Lane onto Pleasant Valley Road At
no time did I encounter any impairment of site line.
I reviewed our records and was unable to locate any history of motor vehicle accidents at
the intersection since 1991.
Based on my review I am unable to identify any site line obstructions or history of motor
vehicle accidents occurring at the intersection of Ivy Lane and Pleasant Valley Road
If I can be of any further assistance please feel free to call me at your convenience.
Very Truly Yours,
Gary K. Tyler 2

Dear Sir:
Residents of Ident Road would appreciate your considering
repavement of our street. Last year a portion of our street
abutting Strong Road was repaved and it was a tremendous improve-
ment. However, there are other areas of the road which are
prone to pot holes when it rains and one section, where a new
house is being built, there is a water problem which keeps this
section in continuous disrepair.
We would appreciate having this problem looked into and,
hopefully, having the street repaired.
Thank you for your attention in this matter.
Very truly yours,
Fred & Mary Bit oc
