The resubdivision plan of the property on Doria Lane was approved
February 7, 1979. Section 3.2.c of the subdivision regulations are specific
about the documents required as part of the final plans. These requirements
and the conditions of approval, as stated in. the February letter, will be
submitted to the Town Engineer prior to the request for a building permit.
