The above subject settlement areas remain in a state of disrepair
despite a -number of calls being placed by the Town Engineering
Division to your office. By this letter, please be advised that
repairs should be made no later than May 15, 1987 to insure that
further deterioration of the road does not occur and to safeguard
the road for those using the above noted roads . Should the
repairs remain uncompleted, the Town will pursue methods to
safeguard these areas .
